There's really no separation between mind, body and spirit and my mission is to support, empower and guide your journey home to yourself, embodied awakened and free. I have devoted myself to walk the path of mystical and healing arts, combining my many passions such as deep emotional body work, whole body reflexology, earth medicine and energy work. I specialize in deep emotional healing and ancestral trauma healing. In my work i use also transformational coaching methods to create multidimensional and integrative approach to holistic wellness and healing.

At the heart of everything i do is multidimensional empowerment and strive towards deep knowing and sense of peace. In my work weave i together spirituality and wellness, using somatic healing methods, deep shadow work and energy work.
