This is for you if you are willing and ready to learn the art of esoteric alchemy, deepen your connection to your truest essence, your ancestors and other members of your spirit team. This journey is a deep dive to sacred knowing and rootedness in the purpose you came here to fulfill, you will step into your magician essence where you know how to bend energy and become the master of alchemy.
Why this program is different..
Alchemize is multidimensional alignment intensive program. There will be no temporary and vague results, the shift will be profound and deeply aligning in every aspect of your being. This program will incorporate ancient wisdom as well as modern practicies to harmonize and alchemize the whole being you are. We will use ritual and energetical works to establish a staple and solid practice to incorporate into your life. In addition to this we will dive into the realms of spirits and ancestors who will assist us in this journey.
There will not be JUST pre-recorded lessons and self learning material, there will be 9 coaching calls and 2 live meetings (online option is also possible), unlimited message support via telegram and pre-recorded rituals and meditations as well as workbooks that you can use as a foundation for your process.

AWAKEN
Is the little sister of ALCHEMIZE, sharing the same principles and methodical framework, AWAKEN is for you who need a little push and support in your own process. For example it is for those who have already started their journey but have faced some kind of block or obstacle or for those who have get back on track with their spiritual and healing practice and want a kick start it.
AWAKEN is 4 weeks long intensive where 4 sessions 3 online and 1 live (online is also possible). Pre-recorded meditations and message support.

Emotional and somatic bodywork
Your body is a gateway between realms of spirit and matter. It is the physical manifestation of your life and the life of your ancestors. The body also remembers, it remembers everything that has happened to you as well as the painful and traumatic experiences of your ancestors. Yes, we all carry the memory of the traumatic experiences of our ancestry in our DNA, that's called epigenetics. Trauma alters our genes and the way our bodies read our DNA and until we recognize and heal our own as well as the traumas we inherited the cycle will not be broken and traumas get passed down from generation to generation.
Healing traumas and especially healing ancestral traumas, is a multilayered work and if we aim the healing to be completely integrated we cannot bypass any of those layers and that's where our bodies has crucial role in it. Our bodies are like maps which guide us to the actual source of every misalignment, every symptom and disease has its root in something that has happened to you or someone in your lineage. Unhealed emotions cause the free energy flow to get blocked which can then manifest in physical, mental or emotional level. Whatever the case is and where ever the visible manifestation shows up, in order it to heal and be integrated completely, it must be processed through the body.
Staying connected to body is the basis of all my work. I use variety of methods to guide my clients towards deeper connection and healing, such as Zone Therapy (Tunnevyöhyketerapia) and somatic movement.

My approach is multilayered and integrative, my role in healing sessions is to remind you of your greatness and infinite healing capacity as well as serve as a catalyst for change. I go deep to the root of the issue at hand and always
I work with the guidance of my spirit team honoring the old ways, the elements (fire, water, air, earth), moon and sun practicing earth based magic, weaving together ancient wisdom and practices, guiding you back to the source of truth about yourself.
Sound healing
Too often this life throws us of balance and we end up feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. This healing modality is especially for you if you feel weary and tired and restrictions in your energy flow. Each session is individually tailored to match your current energetic and physical needs.
This is deeply grounding and rejuvenating healing work that goes beyond the physical layer and works with energetic layer of your being, gently pulling it back to alignment and helping on releasing whatever blockage you are currently experiencing.
In these sessions we will work with vibrations and frequencies of the singing bowls by placing them on the body to initiate massage like sensation which reaches far deeper than physical touch can ever reach. In these sessions I will be utilizing Tibetan singing bowls that are tuned to mimic healthy frequencies of the human body creating deep state of relaxation and healing.
Corporate wellness
If the roots are not well the leaves cannot flourish and eventually the tree will fall. Success of any company, large or small lies heavily in shoulders of employees and that's why it's crucial to take care their wellbeing.
IN- HOUSE TREATMENTS
To support your staff I do offer hands on treatments which can be performed in the workplace. All I need is space with privacy for the treatment table to be placed. If there is not space available, i can arrange that. My treatment space is in Etu-Töölö.
Reflexology is a great tool for relieving stress and anxiety and boosting the immune system, alleviating different pains and muscle tensions.
Dry cupping is great for muscle pain and works wonders for example tension neck and ischias nerve pain and head aches as well as is deeply relaxing.
SOUND HEALING AND MEDITATIONS
Sound healing is ancient type of meditation and healing modality which has gained a fair ammount of popularity in recent years. By activating the parasympatic nervous system it gently reduces stress and leaves one with clear and rejuvenated mind.
In my sessions I will use various instruments to create sound-and mindscapes that best support the participants, as well as guided visualizations, breathwork techniques and somatic movement.
Both of these offerings can be customized to fit the needs of your team from one time workshops to ongoing programs. They can also be mixed and for example tailored to whole day activity for companys wellness day. As it is with all things, consistency brings in the best results.

In-house treatments:
30min for 10 people (aprox.5 hours) 400 €+ VAT
30 min for 15 people (aprox 7,5hours) 500 €+ VAT
Sound healing + meditation:
For 10 -20 people (aprox 1,5h) 280€ +VAT
For 20 people and up 350€ +VAT
Pure bliss kombo for 10 people:
First 30min treatments for 10 people (aprox 5h)
And to finnish the day with sound healing session for 10 people (aprox 1,5h).
All together 700€ +VAT
Prices of ongoing programs for example treatments or sound healing session once a month depend on the number of participants and the duration of the program.
